His career has covered International Company establishment, Business Strategy and Business Development, M&A, IPO, Financing, Restructuring, Branding & distribution, International accounting and reporting.

He has Board Director experience from several countries in Europe, America and Asia. Focused on processes of "Green shift" and opportunities of "Blue economy". Working language has been English, Norwegian or Spanish.
